WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY LIKE?

In some ways, psychotherapy sessions are unique to each individual. No two people are exactly alike, and each person's experiences and needs help to shape the therapy process. The therapeutic relationship takes time to develop, and the progression and depth of the sessions are based on your level of comfort and desire.

However, our highly trained clinicians use a variety of scientifically-validated therapeutic methods to help you build skills, process difficult thoughts and emotions, and achieve your most abundant life. See our FAQs for more information.

Our Philosophy

SALT is a metaphor for usefulness and value, friendship and fidelity, purification and integrity; it seasons and enhances; it suppresses bitterness and balances sweetness. Long ago, salt was used to create covenants - bonding people together. At one time so valuable, people considered it more precious than gold. SALT embodies these characteristics, and we use them as a compass to help guide your unique therapeutic journey.
